Re: The Question Game
Weekend was ok. Went out Friday night for my Bday. Saturday went for a hike with my kids and my grand daughter through a sculpture park and museum then out to lunch. Sunday visited Mom for a while, didn't do a whole lot besides that. Wicked windy here lately. So windy I can't take the pontoon boat out, and I hate riding the SJ when it's this damn windy. Am I just a pu$$y?

I would say no - I didn't get the kayak out for the same reason, so yeah....
Happy Belated B-Day!

Re: The Question Game
Possibly…
But I’m not convinced yet. That pesky arthritis in my right hip is telling me something. But I tend to ignore it and just move on from the stiffness, pain and limping when it wants to act up.
I also had my 6 month blood work results come back last week and my A1C went up 0.2 point from a 5.6. So I’m Prediabetic. I believe it went up because I am working the Graveyard Shift. But all my other bloodwork tests are all in the good ranges.
I just keep on keeping on and enjoy myself.
Anyone else “feeing their age”?

A little bit in my knees, I think my 96 cup has a wee bit to do with it.

Re: The Question Game
I'll take in about 15 minutes a day when I eat lunch. Mostly for weather and sports. If you are having computer issues, do you hit the keyboard harder when you type, hoping that will help?

Re: The Question Game
I only hit it harder when I am trying to convey anger at the recipient of my email, not that it does any good.
One week away from my first kayak only catfishing tournament, should be interesting as I am sure some of the folks will have honey holes predetermined and will kick my butt.
I am not worried about that though, I just don't want to get skunked and the weather has made it really hard to do any scouting for prime spots.
Should be a good time no matter what though.
Never too old to try new things, right?

Re: The Question Game
Today it's steak, eggs, and roasted potatoes. More often though it's some riff on eggs benedict or an omelette. You?

Usually its potatoes o'Brien with assorted frig veggies like mush, cabbage, pepper, onion, zucc...
Today it was avacado toast with egg and red pepper flakes.
I've never had Cognac, is it worth trying?
