    Re: The Question Game

No, my ex-wife used to live off those shows along with Judge Judy, now every time I even scan by one I want to hurl.

Latest you'd cook a full meal instead of just throwing a sammich together or grabbing a bowl of cereal?

    Re: The Question Game

I have 3 - 2 large and one small for the phone.

@spim - If I have not eaten by 9pm I am not eating - haha

So it looks like I am going back to the office on Monday - kind of having mixed feelings about it TBH. I have gotten used to working from home and I really think my job could transition to a work from home position.

Do you think coming out of this Covid-19 crisis companies will change many things like after 9-11?

For example after 9-11 a lot of companies decided they didn't need as many outside sales people and cut travel down tremendously, I foresee some of that and also some job cuts after this too.
I had hoped for the best but I am already hearing about and reading about companies thinning out positions and eliminating them for good. Depending on who wins the election we will also see
a lot of changes in the work place as well I truly believe. If you don't like being over taxed "buyer beware" as they say....

Besides what you mentioned, I can't think of anything to add.

It hasnt changed for me except vendors dont visit and take me out for free lunches, but obviously for other types of business things are still in flux.

When renting a car, Do you typically choose economy, midsize, full size?

Economy, then walk to the executive elite aisle at National.

Do you have any hair left after troubleshooting misfire issues on your PWC?

    Re: The Question Game

I've only had two misfire issues. Once when my stator plate let go and bounced all around inside the flywheel of my RNSJ so that it would only fire when I let OFF the start button the other when my CDI crapped out in my SN and it backfired so badly it blew a hole through the fiberglass waterbox. THAT was incredibly loud and quite scary. Ever happen to you?

    Re: The Question Game

I have had some scary back fires under the hood of a car but not on a PWC - thankfully.

Had the black box crap out on an 1100zxi and caused all kinds of issues that drove us crazy for awhile.
Finally just said F it and pulled it and replaced it as well as sending the stator to a member on this site for re-wiring.
Between the 2 items being fixed-replaced that ski ran better then ever.

Most Frankenstein build or parts you have used on a PWC to either try to go faster or just trying to get it to run?

    Re: The Question Game

Hmmmm. Not really, I remember my 96xp was bouncy as fk when I bought it, and after trying a dozen different plates, tabs, grate combos it ran best (smooth) with stock plate, tabs and no grate. Ran it with no grate in shallow water for 2 yrs and only got crap stuck in the impeller once, not bad.

Why don't we ever see sports teams celebrate second place?

Like for example the dallas lost in the hockey finals the other night and they looked so sad and pathetic, yet coming in 2nd is pretty impressive. Why won't they at least smile and congratulate each other for a hell of a run?
(I'm sure they do in the locker room)

    Re: The Question Game

In the heat of the moment I'm sure 2nd place feels like crap. There is also no podium in Major League sports like the Olympics or Cycling ect... where you have the top 3 celebrated, I would imagine 4th feels like 2nd in that case.

I would also imagine they just want to get off the Ice (or field) and let the other team celebrate.

Do you (or your significant other) decorate your home for Halloween?
