    Hydro Trailer

I recently purchased a Hydro Trailer for towing extra luggage behind my Yamaha FX160, I installed the supplied hitch and it will not tow straight. It tracks sideways at about a 45 degree angle. Has anyone else had experience with the Hydro Trailer from Quadel Industries? They will not reply to my emails asking for advice.

Any help on how to get the Hydro Trailer to tow in a straight line behind the FX160 would be greatly appreciated as it would be a very useful addition to the ski.

I'm not familiar with the Hydro Trailer and I'm not an expert. It sounds like you need to increase the drag on the back of the trailer. Maybe you can load it differently so there is more weight in back. How about adding a fin like a surfboard has? Tie something on the back of the Hydro Trailer? Another Hydro Trailer? Sorry I couldn't help.

    Re: Hydro Trailer

Now that you have had the time to use your Hydro Trailer, did it work out for you?

I may purchase one, however, I am concerned that the turbulence between the HT and my Kawi 1100 could damage my PWC where the HT hooks up to the PWC.

    Any comments will be welcome.
