I had the U pipe cut straight and flared so it would point straight back. Thats the stock blaster long hose, just cut it. Coming out the waterbox is the other stock waterbox hose. I bought the elbow piece at Pep boys for 4 bucks or something. They have a plethora of different exhaust tubing pieces to chose from.

And the finishing touch is the rear exhaust. No more soot pump
Nice. I like how you use the same bulkhead hole for the exhaust. I have a mod and a limited pipe, not sure which one to use yet. I'm dropping the battery down also on the other side of the waterbox.

I was trying to figure out what I might do with that empty space left behind where the stock waterbox was and I thought about moving the battery there. Not sure what it would do to the handling though, maybe nothing.

Ahhh....you went to the other side. I retained the stock outlet and put the box on the right. I just glued a piece of Hydro Turf down for the padding.

Does the waterbox have a flow direction? I notice that you guys' water flow are opposite.

    Re: 701 raider waterbox mod.

We both have the same flow direction, I think you might be confused by my pics. Look again. My waterbox is on the other side of the hull however.
