sorry, "craigslist" (I call it 'the list' some times)...I live in Alton and I drooled over your craigslist post of that NSR- I may have even called you about it one time... I don't remember it was a number of years ago...

    are you into standups?
what do you have in your watercraft arsenal?

Yup sold it on Craigs.. It ended up going to Cali about a year ago.. big mistake but I needed the cash.. The MC28 with the single sided swingarm and smart card ignition are almost impossible to find in the US. It was the Holy Grail of two strokes for me.
Ive been riding standups since the 80's.. Just picked up the SXI this summer after not having a standup for a couple years.. Funny, my neighbor has a couple new seadoo's and he looks at the ski and says "Oh I remember those, why would you want one of those things" some people dont get it

Problem is finding the upgrade.. I am always trading up and down toys.. Its usualy a break even in the long run with parts and maintenance.. except the boat, that things a pig and I have way too much tied up in it. Better deals on sleds in VT.

Gave my sled some love this afternoon. Installed a new tank bra. Actual ski doo part. Red and black and nicely padded. Also installed a new red bar pad new off a zx chasis.

Ive done the shafts on other sleds, never a cat, but they are all pretty similar.
Didnt enjoy it at all.. drop suspension and track out, chaincase, secondary etc etc.. Atleast a 6 beer job, maybe 12... you can do it though.
