96 Tigershark montego DLX 640 Mikuni BN or SBN carb.

I ordered a rebuild kit today ,SBT web site says its a super BN carb.on ski.
My manual specs.says it's a BN 44-40 for the 96 640 engine ,any confirmation!!
SBT tech is calling me back ,I had to send pics of carb.

Correct hat is a SBN-44 carb the BN carbs had a round fule pump and the SBN has a square one.

You are rite as usual !! I recieved conflickting info.My manual says BN 44-40 Dales water sports listing BN 44-40
SBT web site is correct SBN
How delicate of a job is it to rebuild carb.I'm a Lic.3rd class engineer ,I work @ a power Plant But never rebuilt a carb.Rebuilt pumps ,valves,Boilers ect.

a carb rebuild is so easy, a caveman can do it. lol Pay attention to how you dissembled it, and reverse the process to assemble. No one taught me how to do it and before I knew it I was rejetting carbs and adjusting pop-off pressure.
