92 VXR is probably SMC hull, with epoxy paint on top. You can powerwash the outside form a distance (away from stickers though). The inside you can rinse with plain water and soap and scrub.

Same way you wash a car. Get a bucket, some car/boat soap that will not strip wax (unless you do not plan on waxing the hull - in which case use whatever soap you want), and a sponge. No need to pressure wash anything.

Pressure washers are for sidewalks, tile roofs, and walls that need to be stripped of paint.

and decks and patio furniture too!

you can also get bilge cleaner if you want. It's supposed to degrease and clean. I've never tried it before but I have 2 bottles of it in the garage. I'll use it eventually.

For your bilge, I would just use some degreaser. I use it all the time, and have never had any problems with it. It will break down any oil and grease that you have in there. Just spray let it set for a few minutes, and scrub if needed, and rinse. Make sure you have the nose up, so it will all wash out the drains holes in the back, and make sure that you have nothing blocking the drain holes.

For the outside of the ski...as mentioen above, just wash it like a car.

I totally agree on the pressure washer thing...no need for it.

I cleaned my engine and compartment with regular old SprayNine and it came out looking amazing...still does actually. Plus it has a million other places you can use it like laundry even lol. It works very well on the laundry.

    Re: Cleaning my jet ski

Awesome Im waiting for a little bit better weather then I will try washing. Thanks for the tips. What works good for removing oxidation on aluminum aftermarket parts (flame arester, head ect) without removing the paint?
    Thanks again!

    Re: Cleaning my jet ski

So are you saying that stopping at a Do-It-Yourself Car wash (with pressure washer bays made to be used on cars) is a bad idea??
