Setting up a manual trim for a stand up help plz

Ok I'm going to be using a x2 trim nozle. I already have a I tube ran to the back to set it up, but I need to know how to set it up to a manual lever and allthe parts needed for it

what ski are you setting this up on?

well its on a 550 but the 550 has a 750 engine with a 750 pump and pump housing so its not ur typical 550.

I don't know the answer to your question, but try a search for c.a.t.s. or cats (cheap a$s trim system) I think using the X2 trim cable will probably work better than using bike cables for the pull/push.

well mainly im looking how to hook it up to a manual lever


but ya i looked cast and cats up before didnt really find much on it idk if im putting the wrong things in the search, but ya i searched google here and xh20 and didnt come up as with much, only a few people trying to sell there cast trims over a year ago

but ill try agian if any one knows any good threads of this topic to u think u can link it

you want it to go up or down? i know its kinda a give that you want it to go up...but you never know...

i'm in the middle of the same project but a flat deck with foot straps. what i was trying to find when i came across your post was a setup FOX came up with, a lever in the hull. this allowed for better leverage and an easy replacable cable where you don't have to break the water seal.

i know i saw it, but can't find it for the life of me.
if i can't find it tonight, i'm going to shoot him an e-mail.
