Tbm racing - harbor beach race report!!!

After a month off since the previous National Tour race in Myrtle Beach, we were eager to get back on the water and battle with fellow competitors and show everyone what we’re capable of with time to prepare. During the break we only had a few weeks to test since one week was spent in Guadeloupe for the Karu Jet Offshore Championships where Dustin became the 2009 World Offshore Champion. We are confident that Dustin can win every race we line up at if we have the ski running good for him and King D proved this all weekend in Harbor Beach, Michigan. Dustin won every moto in rounds 7 and 8 lapping up to 2nd place each moto on his TBM Racing prepared Ultra 260X proving that we’re unstoppable when we bring our A game. Dustin made up the points deficit that we had from Myrtle Beach and reclaimed the lead in the Pro Runabout Open class over Erminio Iantosca. Dustin also killed the field in the annual Can Am race leading all 25 laps keeping the cup for another year in the states.
Another highlight of the weekend was Guy Greenland (aka: Gee) defeating Macc Racing’s Chris MacClugage in both motos on his TBM Racing/Mountain Motorsports Sea Doo RXPX that was assembled in a few hours in the pits Friday afternoon. Congratulations to Gee on his Round 7 victory! Stay tuned for several Sea Doo Parts being released from TBM Racing in 2009-2010.
Last but not least TBM support riders Amy Green and Dustin Charrier debuted our Yamaha FZR sponsons on their brand new ride taking 1st and 2nd in their respective classes.
A special thanks to Phil Farthing for his dedication and un-matched work ethic and knowledge to put us in the winner’s circle once again!
