    Modified Yamaha SUV 1200

My name is Brian Lockwood, aka "Jet Ski Brian". I have been jet ski fishing for about 8 years. Two years ago I decided to rig up a Yamaha SUV 1200, it is a four person pwc and the largest one made by yamaha from 1998-2004. I purchased a 2001 with 72 hours and have since put an additional 450 hrs on it. Last year I fished 120 times of which 70 of those times were from my jet ski. I live on the water in Poquoson, Va. USA and fish in the Chesapeake Bay, Offshore and Coastal Atlantic. A friend of mine told me about this site and I am very excited to have found it. I also have a website that I just started and is still in it's infancy http://jetskibrian.com/. I am using it primarily as a blog to post my fishing reports and pictures. I been posting on wwwtidalfish.com for about a year and a half and recently wwwatlanticanglers.com. I am looking forward to posting reports and learning more here also. Here are some pictures.

I'd recommend a superjet also. That way you can do some spear fishing.

joking aside, You have found the best use for that huge ski. Those mahi mahi look great!
You're better off searching than listening to me.

Lol, thats funny. My father in law almost bought a 1200SUV last week. Luckily, he ended up going with a Honda F12..or something like that. Don;t know much about the couches.
Anyway, welcome to the site and nice site.

I'm not throwing an arrow here, but I'm asking out of pure ignornace:

What's the appeal of fishing from a large PWC? Seems a boat would be much easier.

Seriously dude! Any reason for going the ski route, instead of, say, a boat?
