    What is the part number on your cdi? I think I have one for a 780 and a factory manual that I'd be willing to let both go cheap.

    I will take a look tomorrow. Thanks... Do you think the cdi could cause it to only get 4,000rpms in the water? I just keep thinking it's a fuel delivery issue, but there again I can't get it right.

    Easy way to determine if fuel is your problem is to remove the flame arrestor. Take the ski out move the seat back and remove and spray Chem tool in the carb when it acts up and see if it takes off. If it wraps out on the rpms like it should then it is a fuel issue. You can also check your fuel sets screws if they are not at factory spec.
