The lagoon is safe to ride in....I guess you can go Full throttle but is a bit small, I have never seen Traffic in that area.
Doolittle is cool and you have a wide area to ride Full throttle....maybe is better for you there.

a note on the vallejo curtola parkway launch ramp. This is the launch ramp I use to tune my ski as I live in vallejo but i wouldnt use it for much else. In the summer there is heavy traffic as the yacht club and ferry terminal are right there as is the napa yacht club that uses that channel. It is a blast to follow the ferry to SF and back though just bring a wet suit.

    Stony Gorge Reservoir

Great little lake to go camping completely free camping and launch. Small store about 1 mile out of the lake in Elk Creek. I love this lake because I dont use up a ton of gas just getting from the launch ramp to my campsite its just a quick shot to the camp site really its a quick shot to anywhere on the lake. Only downfall is boats and sitdown jet skis need to be taken out of the water for gas as there is no gas station on the water gotta take em to elk creek.

    Re: Riding places

Wrong code little help over here.

A;so its 5 bucks to launch at the Pines(pictured) and you have to stay in jet ski areas and the sheriffs will make you pay $50 bucks for a lake fee. so actually dont ride here unless you live here. its expensive.

Plus side killer Pizza at the bakery.
