How many guys have stuck a ring in 2 strokes with WOT runs ? I have before....

Dude get a clue,you probally had a mistuned motor or a motor that was ready to puke anyway.

Your theroy is WAY OUT THERE. I run chit wide open all day long if it dont hold together fix it & run it wide open again.

If the motor is built & tuned right you can run wide open all day long or until it needs more fuel.

LOL - Attention all watercraft enthusiast, DO NOT RUN YOUR SKI'S WOT!!!!!!!! This is especially important to you racers. Only half throttle on the track, or risk a DNF.

since you are asking for help, has it been sitting all winter? old fuel? dirty carbs? give us some history. stock , modified? jetski's ( when running correctly) are fine running wide open, but i wouldnt suggest a 3 mile run.

I need help with the above midshaft prob in post # 7....I rebuilt the above motor and carbs and was just wondering how many peeps blew an engine on wot because they were lean or had an air leak....

I am not saying that wot is the cause of sticking a ring...I just think that if your motor is running lean or has an air leak that it increases your chance of it happening...Group K article states that over 40 percent of skis on a given day at the lake or beach have some type of air leak, mainly crank seals...and how many people pressure check their motor each season ? how many peeps do plug chop checks and can tell if they are running lean ?
