    Lever actuated trim mod:
Motorcycle lever and cable hooked to custom aluminum actuator which pulls on a rod running through the factory 'return' cooling line to the flipped nozzle. All SS hardware and sealed on each end with rubber boots. Fully adjustable with super smooth operation.

1/4" rod stepped down to stock threaded rod for travel adjustment at nozzle:

    Shortened motorcycle lever:

Cable running perfectly above intake manifold:

Factory trim cable tube used to run dual cooling line:

    Waterbox Mount:
The factory rubber water box mount doubled as an anchor so I made an aluminum one and filled it with foam. This saved over 2 pounds and since it's at the extreme bow it should help. I drilled the waterbox with 6 1/2" holes through both baffles as well.

Foamed, painted and ready to go in:

Mock up of welded aluminum frame bolted to the waterbox. Luckily nobody will see these welds

    Can't see it anyway...

    Cut Seat and Stern Eye:
With 2" shorter hull I had to shorten the seat and have it recovered if I wanted to retain the eye hole for tie down and towing.

Stainless steel reinforcing on bottom side.

Hood Mod. Blocked stock opening that dumped water onto eBox and ran this tube which exits by the engine mounting plate just below carb level.
