Seadoo Warranty Problem need Tech Number

I'm in MS. I bought a 2002 RX DI from a guy in LA.
He bought ski from a dealer with 3 year warranty. Ski has 1 year warranty left because warranty has not expired since ski was new.
The dealer just rebuilt bottom end, 4 hours ago, just before I bought ski.
It does not run correctly, so I took to local dealer. He checked it to find the motor needed to be rebuilt. He says top and bottom. He also said it could get away with top end, but wouldn't last long because there is too much slack in crank. He called Seadoo Tech and they said that he could not fix, I would need to take it back to LA. because they had been paid to fix it already. The dealer in LA says that they were not paid to rebuild top end, only crank, so Seadoo should pay local dealer for top end rebuild. Seadoo has said that ski is not under warranty until the original dealer fixes the problem. After they fix the ski, warranty will continue so I can take to any dealer.
Anyone have any ideas of how I can solve this problem? I need Tech #
My dealer talked to Bill at Bombardier where a REF # was started.

I think they allready gave you your only option. They paid a dealership to fix the problem. He did not fix the problem. I doubt Sea Doo will pay another dealer to repair the orginal problem. Dealers are not Bombardier Corp. They are independant dealers with franchises. Your warranty will be honored after the dealership that got paid, fixes the unit correctly. What Sea Doo customer service might do is pressure the orginal dealership to fix your ski correctly.

I'm just guessing here, but that is how I see it.
