Are you breaking handle poles? If not no

    Re: AC aluminum hand pole

$300 is too much for an AC pole for a 650sx. I paid $200 for mine shipped to my house from across the country.

The stock pole weighs a ton and having a lighter aluminum one really cuts down on ski's tendency to tip over because you just have less weigh up in the air. Also my aluminum pole floats at the riding position height with a stock spring and aftermarket spring. It's effortless to hold it up.

It doesn't matter if you're breaking them or not, the SX pole just kind of sucks. Just post a want ad and you'll probably find one.

I have a modified AC pole, with custom bracket if you really want one.

    Re: AC aluminum hand pole

I had 3 650Sx's back in the day and the handle poles are crap as you more than likely know now... I tried repairing them and they still cracked again.. Best best is a AC or MMF alum pole before it breaks and you get hurt.
KAwasaki poles are all junk. They never had a good OEM stock pole on any models of their ski's...JS to SX-R.

I would try and find a used one for $150 or so..
