    Re foaming superjet !!!!!

Please could anyone run through the whole process from start to finish with me, I have cut 2x large holes in my tray and have managed to get nearly all foam out through these holes and the exhaust and through hull bilge hole.

Basicaly I need to know once you have the hull empty of foam were to start next, people say to seal the bond line?

I know to seal around the prop shaft tube, steering cable pipe, cooling pipes and pump mounting threads but am unsure about where else to seal up.

After I have sealed up everywhere I was going to seal up the 2X large holes in the base I cut out and re fill using 2 part foam through the original fill hole in the engine bay?

Is this a good idea or should I re foam with the big holes open and cut the expanded foam back with a knife and re fit the panels?

Any help would be great guys and gals

Massively covered here and on X-H20.com.

Do a search for foaming a superjet and you will find no end of information.

For anyone reading this thread to get a better idea of what refoaming involves, I made a few videos that show the process on my '92 SJ. Took me around 40 hours. It's a long process. I outline the materials and tools I used in the video descriptions.
