Its located on the left hand side of the ski as you are sitting on it, its just below the voltage Regulator which is a ridged square metal box, its hard to see but its below the regulator. Its VERY hard to remove !!!! You would be better off to run the ski on the hose for about 5 mins to warm it up, much easier to remove. Its better if you remove a section of the exhaust, its much easier to get at. I used a ratchet and strap, remember to loosen it to the left ! Remove the oil with a suction pump/device. Place an old rag under the filter to catch any spills, remove the filter. Remember to oil the seal of the new filter, tighten and you are done ......

+1.........Also always torque the filter up.......so many get over tightened & then are difficult to remove. Torque is 17 Nm.......can't remember what that is in old money

17Nm is about 12.5 ft/lbs I do mine like I do my car, hand tight + 1/4 turn.

FWIW I use a strap wrench.
