    Newer SJ carbs are not tunable. The high and low speed screws are capped, and a stock ski should run fine as is...

    Cheap, made in china, aftermarket crap start relay. (Sticking internally)

    That or you have something wired incorrectly, and 12v continually energizing the relay.

    DO NOT Charge your battery, with the cables hooked up. Polaris is known for having ignition issues as it is. Charging the battery, while it is hooked up will cook the CDI.

    Your head appears to be cut (Probably an SBT head? that may be why your compression is low. Also the peppering in the one dome can cause cavitation from the high spots. Get it fixed, or replace.

    The large Westcoast / PJS tanks I have seen, and used had a stainless metal tank pick up assembly. These are hard to find though, and probably why some one "rigged" yours...

    You can use fuel line....

    You need to test oil pressure. I use a mechanical gauge.

    Could be one of your oil sensors (there are two) oil pressure regulator, etc.

    Yes, it can.

    Make sure your battery is fully charged, Unplug the regulator and water test. See if it runs normally.

    07 FX HO is a great ski. If stored properly, you should be fine. (Fuel treated, oil changed, etc). You could remove the spark plugs, and spray a little fog oil in each cyl. Turn engine over before...

    Mikuni kits only come with 2 springs, 115, and 65 gram. Seadoo has their own spring, put the originals back in.

    Got it, thank you Erik. Good job on your set up description. After you are done rebuilding / jetting, Start with your High and low speed screws at 1 - 1/4 turns out, and fine tune from there.
