Re: 92 TS 650 no compression in back cylinder

The oil pump is lubricated by the oil going through for the oil injection. DO NOT leave it on, without having it hooked up. A block off plate is only $12.

    Crank Seals = $35

I charge $65 / per hole to bore cyls.

    Re: SJ 650-701 swap questions?

    Ignition will swap over.

Yamaha 650 engines have different port timing, and smaller ports compared to the 701. A 650 pipe/manifold will choke off a 701. Sell the 650 pipe and get one for a 701.
  13. Re: I'm out of idea's please help ...... 650SX with SBN44, no top end

Pin missing in the center crank seal is bad. This is why it was moving around, and chattering. I am sure it is now bad, and has failed as far as sealing.

The one Piston top being so clean, looks...

    Re: Big Bore head gasket?

If you want to run your ADA head, you will need either larger (760?) or special domes to match your cyl bore. CC's will depend on exhaust port height. I would reach out to Harry to ask what to use.

What is your bore at? Is your head a stock modified head?

Agreed, if you can pump the primer, and it runs better, you are starving for fuel, OR have too much air (Air leak somewhere)

140 main jet should be more than enough for a stock 650
