  1. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

Would love some help on the post above -- anyone?
  2. Ski dies if let of throttle… easily starts again

1992 550sx dies off if throttle is let up. Sometimes I can hit the green button and get it going before sinking too far into the water. Ski has primer and starts and runs easily. What do I need to...

    Hydroturf Standup Rails

When you hydroturf standup jet ski rails… do you glue the top and outside and then use a straight blade to trim the rest, or do you fold the rest under and try to adhere to the inside of the inner...
  5. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

Following to to posts above — finally got 750ss xi in the water (and had to be towed) . When I primed it, I get ski to start right away. Yet would only run low rpms until it ran out of gas. When...

  8. Adding Primer; yet close off pins not fitting...

Adding primer to Kawasaki 750ss xi; yet close-off pins not fitting the carbs where the choke was removed. I can push them in, but they are loose. On the 750sx... they were snug and had to be tapped...
  9. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

Thanks — I’m heading down that path as well. This ski has been sitting under a tarp for years. I’ve drained the gas, converted to premix, block-offs, etc.
  10. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

Return line is clean and in good shape.
  11. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

Assume my next step is to replace the fuel lines and ensure nothing is clogged. Anything else you recommend.
  12. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

Yes. Didn't have starter fluid at home, so poured some 40:1 mix into the holes and replugged and it started up and died out quickly. Wouldn't restart after the initial burst.
  13. Re: 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

I have the engine re-installed and it cranks hard, but I can get it to fire up. Wondering if I misassembled something as it doesn't appear to be pulling fuel through the line. Maybe I thought I had...

    Ok, think I got it.
  15. 750ss Xi Return Fuel Line — where to connect?!?

I pulled my engine to perform the block offs and to replace the trim cable. Got it back together yet forgot where to connect the return fuel line. Where do I connect?

I’m sure this is super subjective; yet is there a “best “ year for SuperJets? Of course I’m interested in the latest and greatest... however also respect the early years when the skis were lighter...

How do you purge out the water that resides in the hull of a 550sx after riding? In this case it’s ~1-2” in spots. I know some got in from the round air opening in the hood.
