  2. Re: GP1300r 2003 jet boat conversion Atmospheric pressure sensor question..

40:1 is 2.5% oil, and 20:1 is 4.7% oil. That means you have 95 to 97%
    of gasoline (or a solvent).

It does mean your fuel will be 2.5% leaner.

The only things that are unreliable with oil...

How would you know which way is up? There is no right way.

Did you purchase a new coil in a Kawasaki package, a new
Chinese replacement coil, a used coil, or a rebuilt coil?

    How did you test...

Sounds like you are making your cooling line setup

Re: 1990 JET-N-CATS Yamaha JetBoat by Hot Cats

No, not a variable pitch, you would just be making adjustments to
your impeller to allow more rpm.

But who knows, maybe the 15 will allow 6000rpm or so. The point
    is you should evaluate your...

Re: 1990 JET-N-CATS Yamaha JetBoat by Hot Cats

Your impeller choice should allow the engine to achieve peak HP.
For example a stock 701 Blaster makes peak HP @6300rpm. Your
15deg stainless steel impeller could be a good starting point because ...

Re: X2 and STS engine reverse swap

STS impeller was junk, so hopefully it has been replaced. Perhaps...

  13. Re: Is getting a 750 small pin flywheel weight reduction worth it?

What you are really asking for, is to accelerate to peak rpm faster,
and a lightwieht flywheel will help that.

    about 10 psi. You...
  14. Re: Mikuni popoff, spring color, gram rating, etc.

Easy if you have a sharp Xacto and a collection of bolts. You can
