Re: 750 Big Pin Kommander head

Do not use a gasket with o-rings on a Kommander head. O-rings seal everything. That only works for the Westcoast heads. You need to remove the head and find out why it leaks. With all the studs out,...

Re: Fuel Tank Pressure? 99 GP800

Ther fuel tank is not pressureized by the return from the fuel pump. It's pressureized from heat. A pressureized tank is not needed to run properly, it's just the result of PWCs being required to not...

Never, ever just do a top end on a PWC. You must inspect the crankshaft and replace the crank seals.

    Re: Fuel tank check valves

There is a pressure relief valve that opens at 1.5 psi to let pressure out and a check valve that lets air in. Don't mix them up. Just remove them to test them.

Re: burning wires on a an X4?

You can't just replace the lower half of the cases. They are a matched set that are machined as a unit. Post a picture of the hole. You can get the hole welded up.
