    My local lakes didn't charge extra, but inspection was a pain.....

    They offer a green zip-tie equivalent that goes through the bow-eye and trailer mount. No more inspect, no more bone dry.

    My '90 is not too dis-similar in build; a scoop chip (no rails) less compression and a Mariner pipe.
