    Re: Trailer loading question

Ok so never mind. I just figured it out. It has to do with overall trailer length. My trailer at 13' is a small double hence the overhang. I will need 16' or maybe 17'. Adding a box means more...

    Trailer loading question

This isn't one of those "what's the best" questions but rather one of balance. I see that pwc trailers have their bunks end at the back of the frame. Yet if the machine is loaded so there is no rear...

    Kawasaki TS 750

The engine in my TS died. I have a 750 dual carb with a slightly bent rod that I straightened using a piece of pipe. Wasn't too much trouble to fit. Needed a longer throttle cable and I used the 750 ...

Thanks. Out of curiosity what fails on the gasket? It looks like a factory gasket and there is no visible damage between the water ports and the compression chamber as I would expect to see. In any...

    750 water in cylinder

Found water droplets on #1 plug. Pulled the head and found water droplets in both cylinders to the point of being a gray sludge. Checked the fuel and no water there. The engine was getting...

    Re: TS 750 cooling issue

Lake tested. Exhaust is to hot to keep my hand on but not as hot as before. Have to find something to compare it to.

The TS hull does ok with a 650. Never was real nimble. But it sure slides with...

    Re: TS 750 cooling issue

Fastened all the bits together. On the hose, plugged into the bulkhead fitting, the head stays cool and the exhaust pipe is just on the high side of warm. Time for a trial.

    Re: TS 750 cooling issue

Makes sense. Here it is all pulled apart. It's the gosh darndest lash up I've seen. Must have to do with isolating engine vibration. Exhaust flows thru the inner rubber which had a broken spring...

    Re: 1989 650SX Electrical Problem

Linkman is right about the switch. Open the e-box and disconnect the 2 wires to the start/stop switch. If you have spark then that's where to look. If it cranks there's nothing wrong with the start...

    TS 750 cooling issue

No that's not a typo. The 650 engine finally died. I replaced it with a stock dual carb 750 I had sitting on the shelf. The TS hull is hard to work with due to routing cables and such but it all came...
