    The causes could be as follows which depends on the following:

    If the ski will not rev past 5000 rpm even when the engine is cold than you most likely have a problem with the wastegate opening too...

    Measure at the main relay: Connect meter positive to the Red/Blue and Meter Negative to the Light Green/Black Wire. You should have 12 volts while cranking.

    Remove one of the coils and do a spark test...do you have spark?

    If not, check the main relay..very common problem.

    If I remember correctly, the 02 does not have an air filter, just has an airbox. The box is mounted to the back seat. Follow the pipe from the side of the turbocharger.
