They are so bad Kawasaki,Seadoo DI's are on our "do not work on" list. Really sad but not many people understand them & the parts quality is def sub par at best.

With D plate run BR8ES plugs,you dont need the wide gap of the BR8ES-11.

95 low is what you should be using

No your motor has a issue like its coming apart & the debris or the piston smacked the spark plug & closed the gap.
Time for a rebuild.

Smoof looking at the back of the reel where the cables attach...which way does the reel turn when you rev the motor up ?? Clock wise or CCW ??

You dont repair exhaust hoses,you replace with a good one,go on fleabay & find one. You will never tune around a exhaust...

You need to bore both cyls the same.
You should have bled the oil pump a air pocket in the oil pump will cause what you have.With that said I would also premix the next tank of gas after you drain...

Carb was rebuilt properly.

Tanks are all the same. I would replace the rubber grommet on the bottom & the one on the top to do it right.
New ones dont usually leak for a few years. Or say f uck it & go premix.
