For sale is a cast afterburner pump, nozzle, and 16 degree PJS impeller. Pump is not the nicest to look at, but is in solid usable shape. Impeller is a 16 degree PJS that has about 20 minutes of...

Put the stock flame arrestor back on and go ride. When you put the aftermarkets ones on you need to lower the pop off in the carbs. The stock flame arrestor flows more than a stock to mild motor...

    Re: 1980 JS440 Rebuild - Im a total noob

Welcome! You have a pretty good project there. So from what I see, you have the option to go 440 or 550 since you have the motors, driveshafts, and pumps. The first thing I would do is checkout...

Re: Brand New NOS PJS 700cc Cylinder

It's just the cylinder from the 650 big bore kit. It's needs the head, crankcase blockoffs, Reed's and intake manifold. The reeds can be sourced from a early, like 84?, Kx500. The intake manifold is...

Re: Wanted: oem sxr impeller or similar

Its probably a tad steep. It started as a 10/16 and was repitched, so it could be repitched back. I also have a bored out nozzle that would help compensate for that, I will include that for a...

Re: 92 TS 650 no compression in back cylinder

A hone and rings might help if the compression is a little low, but a lot of the motors came with the bores on the loose side, and with the compression issue you have getting it bored is the best...

    Re: Different 650 exhaust sizes

As far as I know, everything is the same diameter except the exhaust manifold to head pipe and the outlet. The parts you have circled in red are the same throughout.
  29. Re: Engine building/swap help needed quick question

yes as long as the diameter of the opening, and mounting pattern match that of your headpipe.

Re: 750 sit down manifold on a 650 pipe

That 750 head pipe and manifold are from later sitdowns. The earlier sitdowns and all standups had the standard round opening, 42mm I think is the diamerter.
  39. Re: 93 750 ss motor into 750 sx exhaust manifold questions

They are different. The SX has a extra mounting hole on the top surface, where as the SS has the extra mounting hole on the side surface, similar to a 650.

    Re: 1995 750 SXI / Possible seize?
