    Re: Replacing instrument cluster difficulty?

It's time consuming but not hard. Did you get a brand new replacement. 02-03 have the same cluster plug under the hood but I think it was in 04 Honda reversed the male and female plug. I use a polish...

If anything, the heater hoses feel like a little better hose even though were not dealing with the same pressure and heat as a car.

    Re: F12x turbo return lines

Yes, that's idle pressure. The only reason I put a gauge on was because when I rebuilt the engine, I wanted to know the pressure.

    Re: F12x turbo return lines

I put a 1/8" pipe tee and put the sensor on the end and a gauge on the tee. It runs about 43psi but you'll see it higher when cold.

    Re: F12x turbo return lines

Not sure of the condition of your motor but remember there are also two flat screens on the oil pump inside the tank. I've seen debris on them but I've never seen them blocked.

Re: Test motor when its out of the ski

You'll just have to rotate the crank by hand to close the valves but that won't be hard with the plugs out. Are you trying to check the motor or the ECM?

    Re: found under front storage

Well there you go. If you end up pulling the tank to make any repairs from the inside you can put the pads back in. Also, good luck with that repair. Looks like a fun project.

Are you pulling oil from the front oil tank and the bottom back of the engine. Just a thought.
