Any body out there looking to sell their macboost or h2o extreme package for my newly aquired f15x?
-
Custom straight pipe for F12x. Was on machine for an hour. Just not for me. 375.00 Canadian + shipping.550092

Love Meguires products. I've used Barkeepers Friend on the white on mine to get stains off. Works great. Cleaned the entire ski recently with Bathroom fiberglass polish.

Call Brian at jetskiinternational

What did you do? Did you add a couple of washers at back? Do you have an aftermarket grate like mine? I love the stage 2, but my wifes machine is far more pleasant to ride.
I just need to correct...
-
I've got 2, 07 f12x's. My wifes is pretty much stock other than pump wedge and solas prop. Mine has macboost stage 2+ worx intake grate. Biggest difference with mine is it porpises like crazy. I can...

Hours are so low they're barely broken in. Was oil changed at 10 hours? Then every 50 or season after. Air filter? Plugs should be fine. Keep carrier bearing greased. (zerk under back seat) ...
-
I don't. I have read that you shouldn't run with it on. I'm stage 2 on one machine. I typically run 94 gas, and have never experienced heat soak under any conditions.
-
Little long to fit in my garage. And about a 24 hour drive away. Price is right though!
-
Yeah, I was trying to explain to my wife that I was just reading responses to my thread about a tandem trailer.
-
Was thinking the same thing. Even worse, she's not even riding a ski.
-
That, my friend, is a nice looking rig.
-
I've got a 6x14 v nose enclosed work trailer. I think the biggest thing with the tandem is weight distribution, proper hitch drop and tire rotation. When you back these things in and have to cut...
-
I have found a supplier in our area. A little pricey, buy nice. Tandem axle, brakes, aluminum wheels. I'd feel a lot better pulling that thing 200 miles at a time for sure.
-
I looked through some of the old threads. Couldn't find any pics of what I'm after. I'm looking at buying a tandem axle 2 place trailer. I do a 400 mile round trip several times a summer. I've got...
-
Got it. GPscape, different dash.
-
Was fiddling with my display on vacation. Was looking for mode for clock, somehow ended up locking myself out. Damn. Got home, went through resetting lockout code, as per manual, and nothing... Is...
-
I've got 2 f12x's. Knock on wood, haven't replaced anything yet. Pushing 300 hours on both. Honda didn't go out of business. They stopped producing when the economy went for a terd. My belief is...
-
Any water in the hull? Carrier bearing? I had my buddy redo bearings in both my skis last year. Mine started to develop a very low pitch whine. Only heard it at idle and low speed. No rattling...
-
I got mods in stages. So when I got macs intercooler kit, I ordered it from a Honda dealer in Ohio. It didn't come with the filter. H2O xtreme uses the K&N filter that I have, so I went with it. ...
-
The uni filter looks like a short foam filter. The K&N one I got is about 6" long. I swear I hear the airflow under the seat. Next time I'm on here, I can get you the filter #.
-
Go for it! I've enjoyed it. Completely different machine than my wifes. The only mod I would maybe do on hers is the prop. I didn't do macs unifilter on the turbo. I did a k&n clamp on. I've...
-
I saw a video of a guy with a blow off valve on his r12x on youtube. That sounds pretty good.
-
-
Yeah, different tubes for different boost/higher octane fuel. And yeah that rxt is insane. I'm in Canada, and I'm sure he's got about 25 grand into it. Fast yes, fuel pig yes, scary and dangerous,...
-
I did mine in stages. I got the module first. (5min. install). Then I did solas prop and intake grate. (don't remember brand), then beginning of last season did intercooler. So I've got probably...
-
Awesome! I've got 2-07f12x's 250 hours on each. I've got stage 2 on mine. Lot more midrange and hole shot. Love it.
-
You can still get anything you need. jetskiinternational.com I've got 2 07 f12x's, 250 hrs. no issues. My buddy just bought an f15 (non turbo), 16 hours. Beautiful machine, awesome in chop. I...
-
Yeah, the fact that it was running and then dropped doesn't seem like a turbo issue. Search around regarding waste gate.
-
check forums for proper oil check procedure. If you're only hitting 25, could be turbo is stuck. Search freeing turbo on aquatrax on youtube. Takes about 10 minutes to free it up it that's whats...
-
I would have thought the same thing. My bearings were definitely gone. But, I was having the exact same thing happening right up until then. Bad gas, solenoid, fuel pump?
-
I hope it hasn't. It seems to be slow to get going this year. I can't even get in the water where I'm at for another week or so. I can't help you with your issue, however, Brian at Jetski...
-
I had the exact same thing happening on my f12x last year. I suspected my pump bearings needed to be replace, however, didn't think that had anything to do with rpms bouncing. Plugs were fairly...
-
The problem with him procreating wouldn't be the problem. The problem is that his parents did.
-
The different size boost tubes come with the macboost intercooler.
-
I see you're still bitter that the Honda factory laid you off.
-
Well, that about confirms my basement comment.
-
You really need to get a job and move out of your grandmothers basement.
-
Grease carrier bearing. Find manual online for other lube points. Make sure reverse gate works easily and freely, may need to replace bucket grommet.
-
Have you tried riding with the seat off? I would think if it was the drive shaft bearing, water would be spraying up inside the hull.
-
Ahhh. jealous! We usually can't maiden voyage til May 21st. I've got to change oil on both of mine, and give em a detail.
-
That's the oem plug. From everything I've read, stick with them. I don't know if you can get them cheaper, but Jetski International has them for 12.00 pc.
-
I don't know. I've got 2 machines, well over 200 hours on each. Not a single issue. And it's Honda, not Honduh. But thanks for your input.
-
That seems to be the problem for Honda. If you build reliable quality products that customers keep for years, they don't need new ones. My mom and dad had a Honda
Accord they bought new, owned it...
-
I hear ya. The other problem being all these toys with car price tags.
