    WTB ZXI/STX 1100 pump shoe

Before you take that junker 1100 hull to the dump, pull the pump shoe out for me! Looking for something cheap, Iíll be hacking it up.

The one Iím looking for has the head pipe that runs towards the back of the hull. I have 2 exhaust systems from an 1100 but unfortunately they are different. Thanks though!

Re: Big hub Hooker/Skat impeller for my 750 x2.

I have a Hooker 10/16 that I ran in my 800 X2. It was a great impeller and I was hanging on to it in case I built the SC I have. I don't see myself using it anytime soon though, especially since the...

    Re: Ultra 150 cylinder

Yes you can interchange them. May just have to change out exhaust studs depending. The cylinders are nikasil plated, are you sure it's scored and not aluminum transfer from the piston? You can use...

Re: hooker 10/16 for modded 750

Like John said, really depends on what you want to do. When I had a BP 750, it did well all around. When I had a ported 800, it pulled great still but could have been pitched up on the big end.
  13. Re: Ultra 150 hours don't match outside condition

A little late seeing this, but to answer the question, the Ultra 150 hours are stored in the display. I have an extra display and have plugged it into the same ski to test it.

    Re: 760 engine weight?

Short block is around 48lbs. Assuming youíre keeping it true to 760 stuff...the engine, coupler, bedplates, flywheel, bendix, front cover with stator, intake, twin 44s, starter is closer to 71 lbs....

Re: ZXi motor in ultra 150?

Neither will fit. Well, you could make the engine work but it's not going to just drop in if that's what you mean. The Ultra uses 3 engine mounts and the ZXI uses 4 mounts so the mounts are obviously...

    Re: Exhaust manifold gasket question.

Factory Pipe recommends 32 ft/lbs and blue loctite for the head pipe bolts. I've had a head pipe rattle loose on my 800 until I started using loctite and making sure they were torqued to about 30-35.

Re: X-2 800 mod swap , build planning need help

Impeller just has to be cut back to fit a 650 pump. My Hooker 10/16 works great on my 800 X2. And yes, the 800 bolts in place and mates up to the coupler.

    SC Impeller

Picked up an SC with a toasted 650 last summer and swapped to a small pin 750 (twin carb). It had a Solas KA-SC-J, which I believe is a 14/19, in it which seems too steep for a stock 650, but either...

Re: Ultra 150 & STXR owners thread

    Re: ultra 150 oil pump

It's not that simple on the Ultra 150 as it injects oil to the carbs and to balancer cavities. The cases have to be split to plug some check valves. Also, the pump has different outputs volumes to...

    Re: The 750ss build.

Yes we have the same carbs. There were a few different CDIs but the only 750 stator that's different is the ZXI and is only compatible with a ZXI CDI. All other CDIs and stators should be compatible.
