    It could be the tip switch, relay, or the start/stop/kill button. If they test fine on the bench there is something up with the harness/sensors.

    The wires inside the tank can get loose at the top where it plugs into the white connector. Bend the pins a little and give it another try.

    The metal parts will be done in vht black pearl with gold and white accents. Black turf rails and the gloss black bottom should pull it all together nicely I think.

    I think the easy swap is to use a 650 motor, with a 550 stator/coil and 550 ebox. It fits better that way. You will have to lookup the specifics on it but I remember reading that was possible.

    The hull cleaned up nicely. On the waterbox, I rotated it 45 degrees so it kind of follows the curve of the nose towards the front.
