    Yes, you can register any year used SuperJet in CA. If you are afraid of the DMV, buy one already titled here, there are a bunch for sale.

    You can not register a brand new one in CA.

    Personally I would not use any non-OEM parts. JetSkiSolutions or JetManiac on x-h2o are a good source for rebuilt parts like stators.
