  3. Re: 95 Seadoo SPI - Can't get jet pump housing loose

  5. Re: 95 Seadoo SPI - Can't get jet pump housing loose

  6. Re: 95 Seadoo SPI - Can't get jet pump housing loose

okay - checked clearance with the 45 degree feeler gauge method. In that method I am to put little or no force on the rotary valve. With no pressure on the valve, I cannot pass a .014 feeler gauge...

    Re: Seadoo 717 flooding - I think

Seems blocked. No carb cleaner passes through. Is the hole perpendicular to line of sight, or should I see it. If there is no hole, can I drill one?

OKay - i will check it.
  9. Re: 95 Seadoo SPI - Can't get jet pump housing loose

Thinking it could be a rotary valve clearance issue - but it starts right up.
  10. Re: 95 Seadoo SPI - Can't get jet pump housing loose

I thought maybe this was overheating. There is no water coming out of the pee holes. I pulled off the pump housing again and everything is clear all the way through.

Can start and idle fine. ...

1990 Kawasaki TS 650 Fuel Drip
