  1. Re: Jetting recommendations for 760 blaster

Stick 115gm springs in and try it.

It is typically much easier to diagnose a pop off that is too high than one that is too low.
2.5s with the 65gm springs you have now will put you somewhere in...
  2. Re: Jetting recommendations for 760 blaster

    OEM 44s, or???

The jetting itself will be a good starting point, but the pop off may be too low.

Re: Just another silly Squarenose re-do

Time to get rid of the handlepole slop and add a stiffer pole spring.

The spring I'm using is one of the old really short aftermarket springs. I'm not 100% sure who made these (maybe Jetlyne??),...

Washers for eliminating the side to side handlepole slop.

Local Menards has 20 pack of these nylon washers for about 2 bucks, so I picked some up last night. O.D. of 1.5" is perfect. I.D. is too...

Time to tackle this slop in the handlepole pivot.
    Push handlepole to one side.
Fit the gap with pump shims.
    Measure the shims.
    Divide by two.
Now I just need to find/make two derlin/nylon...
