    Re: 1995 tiger shark 900

You have to turn the water on after it starts and off before you shut the engine down. If you let the water run with the engine not running, it will fill with water, as you now know.

    I have to agree,

This is one of those situations when you need to ask yourself, "Why is there never enough time to do it right-- but always enough time to do it over? "

    The only thing I...

Re: Question about riding with a child

It is too hard for them to hold the handle bars if they are behind you!!!!! They should have their hands on the handles, learning how to "steer" even if you are actually controlling it.
  8. Re: How can I pull the bearings off this crankshaft? Polaris 700

This is the correct way to remove it. Heating it and banging on it both risk bending or distorting the crank if you have never done it before. Even if you have, there is risk of damaging the crank....

Re: Can I repair my crankshaft?

If you have a proper bearing separator, and know the proper techniques for using it, I see no reason why you cannot replace the outer bearing yourself. You need a press to install the new one also.
