    Lowered popoff by 3 to 4 lbs.Had a couple dozen springs to choose from & I pick out a couple that "appeared to be lighter" & of the same weight/tension..got lucky.
    "tweaked" a little on LS...

    No worries,I found some lighter springs from the dozen or so leftovers from past rebuilds.Popoff is now @ 29/30ish on both carbs.
    But I would like to "entertain" more suggestions.These rotac 2...

    Just purchased 2 300sx for $100 (reed,"newer" style hull) @ a storage auction.Both in good shape.It appears they were seasoned service before storage. Got lucky..?Only have bill of sale paperwork....

    About 5:00am,I came to the same conclusion.
    I "attempted" to angle the complete pump assy downward using shim.
    To make a long story short,It can be done,but the # of shim required @ pump/motor...
