    Just bypass it. That Fuel Selector is probably leaking Air anyway.

    Connect the Fuel Supply Hose from the Fuel Tank directly to the Carburetor.

    The Small Oil Lines going to the Carbs sometimes pop off the Nipples and sometimes they split. And the Splits only show under pressure.

    Need to look for Oil leaking into the Bilge to suspect Oil...

    Oil Injection Pumps never fail. They are always swamped in Oil.

    It's the Oil Injection Hoses that do.

    Typically the small Injection Lines that go to the Carbs fail. Those should be replaced...

    If you have the Skill and the Equipment to completely rebuild Crankshafts, then that's the most economical option.

    Otherwise, you'll have to pay top dollar and wait several weeks to get one.

    The Piston on the Bottom of the 4th Photo looks like it has some damage on the Exhaust Edge.

    By your description, the Engine suffered a Lean Seizure from an Air Leak.

    So how do the Piston Rings and the Piston Grooves look? Did you pull the Cylinder Jugs?

    The Cylinder Walls are hard Nikasil so the Rings and Pistons would suffer damage first.

    What are the Cylinder Compression Readings? You pulled the Cylinder Head before testing Compression?

    I'm guessing the Rings/Ring Landings are damaged and/or the Crankshaft is out of phase.

    When was the Carb rebuilt last? The Regulator and Pump Diaphragms may be worn out. Carb has an Internal Filter. Rebuild with Genuine Mikuni Kit only.

    The Engine might have an Air Leak causing it to run Lean after the Aluminum Metal Components heat up and expand allowing gaps for Air Leaks.

    The 62T Head has a different Exhaust Bracket Bolt Pattern, 4 Bolts versus 3 Bolts for the 61X Exhaust.

    Easiest to remove the 62T Head and install a 61X Head.

    The 62T 701 Stock Pipe will require modification/fiberglass work of the Blaster 1 Hull to fit.

    The 61X 701 Stock Pipe will easily fit as that is what it came with originally.

    Backfires can damage the Intake Reed Petals and also blow the Crank Seals.

    Inspect the Reeds.

    Pressure test the Engine for 10 minutes @ 8 psi to find any Air Leaks which would cause the Engine...

    Good job doing an Air Leak-down Test on your Fresh Rebuild! Too many neglect to do so and end up with a Carb Tuning Nightmare and a Fried Engine.
