    Re: bendix removal

You can also replace that bladder with one from the front differential on 1998-07 Arctic Cat atv's. I put one on a long time ago and it's a lot thicker and it's 5 bucks, p/n 1402-620. There are...

Re: mixing 5 gallon cans. question

I don't go by the markings on my fuel jugs, they are way off. When the cans were new I filled them up with gallons of water and marked it off gallon by gallon. I compare my markings with what the gas...

    Re: '98 TS770L indigestion

The proper course of action would be to split the cases to find out what happened and where that object went, the last thing you want is to have chunks of metal in the crankcase. It is the off season...

Re: 98 fuel and oil gauge issues

Oil gauges go bad, mine did, it's common. I bought a (supposedly good) used one, it didn't work either. If you don't mind it, leave it. Just make sure you have oil in the tank. To get the light to go...

The 99 TSR handled alright, totally different than my XP does now! It cornered well with the Beach House sponsons. I never got the holeshot, but I was pretty fast along the back stretch. I always had...

Yeah I used to race mine in Runabout 1200 Stock. I had limited mods, mostly because not many aftermarket parts were out yet, and really never came out. Black Magic was about the only source, but like...

If it's the Li model, I'd would sell it. Parts for those are really rare and if found will cost 4 arms and 3 legs.

Re: 96' Monte Carlo 900 flooded

I don't think a counter balancer out of alignment is going to prevent the engine from starting, but it is important to be aligned. A CB shaft, like the one in the 787 in my sea doo, is there for...

Re: 1998 Tigershark 770 starting problems???

There is a roller bearing on the end cap where the shaft exits. I've actually had mine freeze up. I pulled the starter, oiled up the bearing and 7 years later it still works fine.

  22. Re: Opening Pandora's box "Splitting the Cases"

Re: 787 rotary valve shaft bearings

i used a slide hammer, but same principle. I opted for a non-Chinese bearing so I got a Japanese made Nachi 6201ZZE C3 from VXB bearings. It was something like 6 bucks.
