Re: Need FUEL TANK for 95/96 SeaDoo GTS

Check with your local SeaDoo dealer. If you go to them with the HIN# they can tell you if they have been replaced yet under warranty. (I doubt they have). If not, they will replace for free.
  4. Re: Kawasaki 750sxi (97) porpoise issue again

Check to see if your hull is wet.....

It is common on the old 750s, and can and will cause ill handling.

Re: 08 SJ mini project thread - Fall 2022

Paul, if it has a RRP pole, you can add a RRP pole pad support. It is tapped at the bottom, and I then put bolts in there to "widen" the steer stop, allowing maximum steer ratio adjustability without...

Re: Sxi pro impeller with dry pipe

Back in the day on my own SXi Pro, I ran an earlier 750 80mm nozzle with a Large, C-75 Skat Swirl 10/18. You can get a nozzle from a 92-94 750 SX, SS. Or bore yours up to 80mm.

    We now run...

Re: 2007 FXHO will not crank

Re: Addendum to the Mikuni SBN Tuning Manual

We run dual check valves all the time. I learned this trick many years ago from Jay @ Butch's Jet ski shop.

Also, the valve body from the GP800 is the better design valve body.

Re: 2007 FXHO will not crank

Relay "click" can be from a bad relay, bad battery, voltage loss from a bad connection, bad starter, locked up engine, or driveline. If you used an aftermarket, cheap start relay, it could be bad. ...

Re: Addendum to the Mikuni SBN Tuning Manual

Larger needle and seats can be more prone to "dribble".
  20. Re: Is the steering plate on the 86 Kawi 550 is the same as the one on a 95 sx 550?

SX's are different. Bushings are a different size.

I know with our own steer plates, we can run an early version on a SX, as long as you use the JS bushings.
