    Re: R&D Stinger Insert

You can have your nozzle bored to 80mm (stock is 76mm) or buy a 750SX nozzle it is 80mm stock. Make sure you remove the siphon tube before you have it bored.
You can buy the impeller directly from...

    Re: R&D Stinger Insert

No new gaskets needed. It is a billet piece that reduces the exhaust outlet diameter, and it merely slips inside the very end of the expansion chamber outlet tube where the first rubber hose is...

    Re: 800 SXR Waterbox

Two reasons, 1 it is a muffler, 2 it keeps water from flowing back into your motor when the ski is rolled helping prevent hydrolock and bending rods and such. Some would also say it provides...

Re: KAWASAKI SX750 gasket with no water holes

Because water is not supposed to pass through that joint in the exhaust system. That is the correct gasket. The water comes into the bottom of the ex manifold and is forced into the cylinder through...

  12. Re: A couple of mechanical problem on the 650SX

You can get exhaust hose at many places, turbo hose (at least 3ply) is a good alternative and is sold at hundreds of online dealers.

Start with the exhaust hose, and go from there. Exhaust gases...

If exhaust is leaking inside the engine bay, that will cause low performance and stalling. Make sure that all hoses are intact, all clamps are tight and that the waterbox is also intact, no...

    Re: Kawasaki SXI-R PRO 800

The Kawasaki and Yamaha headpipes have a slightly different height to them. You can see the difference in the thickness at the flange where it bolts to the manifold.

Re: 750SX jetting and impeller advice

That impeller is intended for a stock SX, so it should SCREAM with your pipe. If it is not damaged in any way, I would look at other issues with your setup.

This looks like it was at the Hydro Drags, doing top speed runs. It was just a few years ago that they broke 100mph in a 1/4mi run. Skis, even runabouts, are not designed to go this fast

    Re: Oil pump failure symptoms

You can always ditch the stock oil system and premix the fuel. Stock oil systems do fail, and when they do it usually means $$$$ to fix the resulting damage.
