    Also, PWC's by law don't require a blower, even though they technically have enclosed engine compartments. So the blower is the holy grail that separate's us from them in that respect. fyi

    Your pic shows the blower vent perfectly and the gas vent. But as you can see there is no ducting or holes for the other vent.


    And the gas vent seems to have no contingency for keeping water...

    Does anyone know how the gas tank vent keeps water from going back into the tank? When I over fill the tank it certainly flows or vents out.

    So if I shot water into that vent it would end up in my battery/blower compartment? Kinda weird that it would need a vent when the seat over that area really isn't sealed in any fashion.

    I used DI acoustic matting, I think it is 10mm

    The cut outs were for the reverse cable and pipe, didn't want any issues with either of those parts...
