    Got it out on the water today. Engine break in went good. Still takes forever to get the key to recogniz, but once it does it stays locked in. Just can not remove key from post, or it’s a half hour...

    Yeah exactly I bet the line you have going to the midpipe is just an exit like the top back nipple. Try swapping your ecwi line and midpipe line and I bet your pipe will stay wayy cooler.
