All most for got the reason u ground the plugs to the head some where so u dont burn up ur cdi

Go to auto parts store buy a compression tester ..there like 25 bucks ..check all three cylinders for psi ..but when u do this make sure ur plugs r grounded to the motor ..just set them on top of...

Just clean and try it ..I wouldn't mess with the settings yet ..just my two cents

They call it d cut but its just a u shape u cut on the ride plate ..dunno if a log of guys do it on the x2 but ...do a search on here I'm sure u will find d cut ride plate

Both sides by the seat where ur feet go I think he cut the back off about three inches and pulled the foam out when he cut it ..also d cut ur ride plate

Might be water logged on one side ..a friend had the same thing to his ..he had to cut all the old foam out ..just my two cents

Looks like a 550 to me ...the motor still in the ski ..did he put the 650 in the ski ..if so ask the guy if he has the conversion plate and if he's like what's that or I dunno ..then yeah its a 550...

Just thinking about it ..wouldn't it be better to cut the top half off the ski off so all u would have to do is mock up the top half to the picklefork ..and maybe help with the porpoise if the seat...

U can get head and props for them and it makes a world of diff ..a 50hp will feel like a 60hp ..my buds would always say slap the bull before u ride ..it was a bad ski ..but if u see a tomcat get one...
