    The basic rule of thumb is high restriction , small needle and seat and high popoff, low restriction much bigger needle and seat and much lower popoff.

    Sleeve in the first pic is toast , that will have to be replaced, you haven't shown a pic of the head but my guess is it is damaged as well, bare minimum you are looking at a head and sleeve...

    That is not a switch, it's just a front cover and will do nothing to fix your problems

    That's about right , I just shipped an exhaust off of a 550 jet ski engine yesterday shipping was $57 and that was going the cheap route, hell they want $3.18 to ship a damn 1oz shipping lure !
