    A couple of more tips , do not just reassemble it and pressure test it , this stuff needs some time to cure properly , let it sit overnight then pressure

    Good job doing an Air Leak-down Test on your Fresh Rebuild! Too many neglect to do so and end up with a Carb Tuning Nightmare and a Fried Engine.

    more than likely you have a scratch or imperfection on the cylinder or case, maybe pull it apart and apply some threebond 1104t , Hondabond or Yamabond
