Yup, don't usually use them though. Ever played 7 pin tap? What do you think of it?
Candle pins are tall and thin (shaped like candles) but the ball is about the same size, if not exactly the same size as the ones used for duck pins.
Try the 'Starbright' boat vinyl cleaner. Only other thing I could think of would be soaking it in sulfamic acid or white vinegar.
