I ride the south shore but more east, mostly Patchogue to East Moriches area and sometimes we do Hechscher State Park Launch and head to Babylon area.

Hechscher State Park Launch is nice they have like 6-8 ramps and about 6 wash/flush stations after your done skiing and a large parking lot. Price is only $7.00 to use the ramps/wash for the day if your not camping in the park.
