Chesapeake has many fun areas. Put in at the deep creek marinas and hit the intercoastal. There are so many areas to explore oft the intercoastal, you will need gps to find your way back. Not as fun as surf riding but its alot smoother and its a good change up.

Re: Va.Beach Rider Here wheres all the hot spots?

Hey guys, i have a few hotspots on the James River. I have access to Wormley Creek marina in York County. Great spot to drop for York River.

Chickahominy Park is a nice Area too, that part of the james is nice and flat.

Munden Point Park in Pungo is pretty sweet. If u have a beach cart and a buddy to help u lift u can roll it down to the beach at the parking lot next to Alexanders resteraunt in chix beach.
