You are on the left as I head home from Warwick Blvd? Next to or near neighbors with tow trucks?

My ski is not doing anything right. The long story is I rebuilt the motor I received in pieces. I had it running but I do not know if the carbs / oil is sync'd. It ran for 40 minutes on the hose, then decided to stop running, as if I turned it off. The plugs were fouled a bit with excess oil. The gas is new, and it trys to start once then fails.
